INSTRUCTIONSforSkillsTesting:TheExamineristoreadthecasescenariosaloudtotheexaminee.Astheexamineeworksthrougheachstepinascenario,theexamineristomarkeachcorrespondingsteponthechecklistasCompleteorIncomplete.ItemsmarkedasCompletearetobeperformedcorrectlywithoutguidance.Iftheexamineeneedsguidancethroughastep,thestepmustbemarkedasIncompleteandtheskillstestshouldberepeated.Noadditionalguidanceshouldbegiventotheexamineebeyondtheinformationprovidedinitalics.Areasneedingimprovementshouldbereviewedbeforeretesting.Takeapproximately10minutestocompleteeachscenario.*HaveaPALSproviderwithcurrentcertificationadministerthetest.*RandomlyselectoneBLSscenariofortesting,andonerespiratoryarrestormegacodescenariofortesting.
