Traffic Study Summary
Analyses show acceptable trafficoperations at the new accessdrive (level of service B or betterduring peak periods).
Queues will not be excessive, norwill they impact adjacent streettraffic.
Sight distance at the relocatedaccess drive has been evaluatedand exceeds minimumrequirements.

Stormwater runoff currently flowsinto two separate watershedstowards the Ohio River.
Stormwater managementfacilities are being proposed toaccount for the increased runofffrom proposed development inthe 10-Year Plan. These include:

Accessibility and Universal Design
Pressley Ridge serves children andfamilies with special needs. As aresult they have a strongcommitment to applying UniversalDesign principals throughout theircampus.
New and existing facilities will bedesigned and improved to meet theneeds of everyone.
The natural terrain of the campusposes challenges as well asopportunities. New structures willbe situated to improve accessibilityon the campus and improvecirculation between new andexisting buildings.

Pressley Ridge and specifically theMarshall Avenue Campus havebeen part of the Perry Southneighborhood since 1959.
As part of the outreach to thecommunity, Pressley Ridge wasinvited to present the MasterPlan to the Perry Hill Top CitizensCouncil in November 2015.
The Council provided insight intothe history of the MarshallAvenue site.
Campus access, security, and useof the gym was discussed.
Pressley Ridge will continue toinvolve the community as theyimprove the campus.
