• Describe specific activities you will be implementing throughout the year.

• Provide the specific details/tasks– Professional Development– Teacher/Student Activities– Procedures/Processes

• Time-frame• Who’s responsible?

Monitoring

• How will you monitor the action steps as they are implemented?

• What data will you review periodically to adjust your action steps?
