OBJECTIVE:
The main objective of the project is to develop a full-fledgedsystem giving detailed information about the human resources. Thisproject is focused mainly easing the Information Portal System forHuman Resources task. The software enables the HR Manager toperform the real time monitoring, data acquisition and data analysis.
DESCRIPTION:
The Human Resources Manager can monitor all the human resourcesinformation. The Human Resources Manager and his subordinates has
been provided the privilege to know human resources processing like,recruitment, appraisals, promotions, increments, transfers, pay scale,employee skill sets, leave details and so on. The entire administrativesystem can be represented graphically so that the Human resourcesAdministration system is very flexible to utilize. This system generatesthe following reports, which are most needed to take importantdecision in the human resources management.

Detailed Description:
RECRUITMENT
Department Details:
This sub module capture details such as the Department Code
Department Code, Name, the Current Strength in the Department,
the maximum limit of employees in each department. These details
are taken to the consideration and processing with the recruiting.
Man Power Request:
This sub module processed with the man power request made by
the different departments. This module captures available
manpower enquiry sources that the organization may have used in
the past or information of which is maintained in the organizations
databank. It includes details of various enquiry sources covering
diverse medias such as Advertisements, Television, Newspapers,
Magazines, Consultants and Contractors. This screen must capture
details such as source name, address, contact person,
specialization, approximate cost, etc.
Data Bank:
This sub module captures the details of all the candidates who have
applied for different designation over the period. This sub module
can contain details like Job Details, qualification, experience,
reference details, dependant details and other details. Job details
can contain details of current employment like company name,
designation on joining and relieving, total experience, current
salary, expected salary. Qualification can contain the Examination
courses, institute and year of passing, marks/percentage, and
specialization. Short-term courses details can also be included.
Experience details can contain details of previous employment.

Reference details can contain the name and address of persons
referred. Dependant details can contain the dependants name,
relationship, age and Qualification. Other details can contain details
like post applied for, name of consultant, present & permanent
address, skills and specialization, areas of interest, achievements
and awards.
Interview:
Feedback Questionnaire is given to the Interviewer with a
predefined set of questions. This module maintains the Interview
details of the candidates who take up an Interview. Once the
interview process is completed the interviewers feedback,comments are entered. The candidate can be either selected or
rejected if he is selected the source of candidate can be
backtracked else he is to be marked as failed/rejected in the
databank. The details of expected salary, offered salary,
negotiation, designation, department/division, name of candidate,
rating of functional skills, rating of technical skills and reasons for
selecting are to be maintained. The same form can be either
manual or system entry. It is
here that the Interview.
Appointment Letter:
This module Generate and maintain the details of the Appointment
Letter generated/ given for different candidates. The appointment
letter is given to the candidate on the date of joining. The details
related to the norms of the organization are very clearly stated. This
appointment letter is a default format maintained in the system the
applicable fields are to be changed for the appropriate candidates. The

letter can be generated through the system. The appointment order
also contains details like date of joining, salary break up, terms and
conditions, Agreement/bond to be signed, reporting person,
department/division, perks and benefits, appraisal system,
probationary period, notice period, loans offered, location, dress code
etc.
PROMOTION/INCREMENTS/TRANSFER
Employee Promotion:
This module maintains the details of the Promotion given to the
Employees. This option maintains employees promotion details.The details include proposed designation of the employee, name
of the proposed supervisor, proposed zone and location of the
employee.
Increment:
This module maintains the details of the Increment given to the
Employees. This
option records detail of increment in salary of an employee. These
increments can due to transfer, promotion, appraisal etc. The details
like new salary component, salary component and previous salary
component are to be maintained along with the basic details of
employee name, designation, joining date, appraisal date, effective
date, payment month, payment year and department. In new Salary
component the user can specify salary components applicable after
salary increment. Eg. (Salary component, component type, amount,
paid days, part of pay slip, absents). In Salary component the user can
specify the Month, Year for which incremented salary should be paid.
Specify Pay Month, Pay Year in which the incremented salary should be
paid. In previous salary component the user can view the salary
components before salary increment.
