Continuous problem of shaft alignment. Drive fault. Gearbox base welding broken regularly. Taper cutting of job. Frequent wear out of V-belt.

There was continuous problem of shaft alignment which is now rectified.

Due to the vibration of the base of gearbox ,drive fault was occurring which is now rectified.

We have modified the gearbox, so now we can use this type of gearbox in other two bandsaw.

We have permanently fixed the base due to which chronic problem of base welding broken is rectified.

There was frequent consumption of V-belt due to wear out. Now consumption will be less.
