More and more workplaces are looking for effective ways to train their staff which doesn’t require them to travel long distances or being away from the organisation for long periods of time. Implementing workplace online training (iWOT) is a natural fit to meet this need, but not all training organisations have the knowledge, skills and experiences to make it happen. This presentation provides an overview of what is required to implement, support and facilitate workplace online training based on case studies and resources already being used to support this type of training.
