• In depth assessment symmetry, strength, and degree of mobility; walk and movement ability; ADLs function, spasticity, gait pattern, etc.

• Passive/active ROM exercises• Position in proper alignment and reposition• Encourage isometric exercises when indicated• Encourage self care• Check/teach proper use/function of adaptive equipment• Provide progressive mobilization (walking, exercising

programs)• Proper use of transfer equipment• Effective pain treatment as prescribed by physician
