This site is good for images for most of the historical images your will need.

Step 1. Import picsfrom your picture collection file.

In order to edit a particular image, be sure it is highlighted/selected.

Step 3. Type in yourscript dialogue foreach image. Highlight/move between images to type in dialogue.

Step 4. Record eachImage’s dialogue. but sure to plug in boththe headphones and microphone for thisprocess.

Step 5. Select this function to customize movement of each image (for emphasis).SEE FOLLOWING PAGE.

Check this box.

Change window sizesFor both the start andEnd positions.

Here you may customizethe timing to either speed up or slow down the effect.

Preview effect.Be sure to save.

You can change transition effects between images.

Be sure to save often.

Step 6. If you want to use copyright free music, go to www.PodsafeAudio.com to search for and save music to your Photostory file folder. Then you are ready . . .

Notice these bars. The denote music that will play during the image frames that are below them. In order to select music for a frame, highlight/ select the image frame and then click the ‘select music’ button.

Search by category.I personally likegenre searchesfor Photostorypurposes.

Step 7. SelectCorrect feature fromthis list. I would just save to your computer (1st option).

Step 8. When you are all finished, press this button, and the application will turn your project into amovie for playing.

Saving and Submitting• When you are finished, save the project as a .wmv files using the following steps: 

– When the project is open for editing Click “Next” until you get to the last page “Save your story” page.– Select “Save your story for playback on this computer”– Select “Browse” and “Desktop” – Name the file with YOUR FULL NAME (be sure the extension is .wmv)– Click “Next” again and it will compile into a .wmv file. – Then an icon will appear on your Desktop that is the movie file.

• Save your completed file to a jump drive/USB stick (as a .wmv file) and tape it to a piece of paper. On the paper, write YOUR SYMBOL, YOUR LAST NAME, THE CLASS PERIOD
