Normal Coronaries, mechanical valves seen

3 valves Surgery MVR+AVR+TV repair Ring

Giant T-Wave Inversion & Prolonged QT interval .

Pulmonary Congestion & Cardiomegally. But this supine .

What Blood test will be done ?

Severe Reversible Ischemia involving anterior ,apical & Lateral wall.

Acute Infero posterior STEMI, in AF ?

Old Inferior STEMI in Sinus.

Slow VTACH

Extensive Anterior STEMI , in sinus.

After Lytic Therapy
