CYCLE REPORTING UPDATESIn the Prevention Hub

What’s New in Cycle Reporting?

• There is now just one page to either add a new cycle, or edit existing

cycles

• You can now search for completed cycles by end date, or view

certain cycles within a designated time frame

• There are now improved field validations to help prevent reporting

errors

• We have created a new Completing Cycle Information manual,

located with the Tutorials on the Help page in the Hub.

Validations for Cycle Fields

• Cycle name must be 25 characters or less, and each cycle across

all fiscal years must have a unique name.

• Completion Date: Cannot be a date in the future

• Number of sessions delivered: Number of sessions needs to be

between 1-30.

• Length of sessions (minutes): Length of session(s) needs to be

between 1-240 minutes.

• Number of youth/parents served: Number of youth/parents cannot

exceed 99.

• Number of youth/parents served who received 80-100% of sessions:

Number of cannot exceed 99 and cannot exceed the number of

youth/parents served.

Reminders!• Use the Quick Look screen under the Agency Tab in the Hub to

check that the information you have entered is complete before

you submit your quarterly reports

CPRD Updates FY17

• IYS County and Chicago Community Area reports have been posted

• Don’t forget you can check the final list of 2016 participating schools

• “Making the Most of Your Illinois Youth Survey Data” one day

training will be offered at Prevention First Office - Springfield

(September 28, 2016) and Prevention First Office- Chicago

(October 19, 2016)

• 2016 IYS State Report and 2016 IYS Trend Reports (school and

district) projected to be available by January 2017

• The FY16 Annual Review is currently underway and feedback

reports are expected to be sent to agency contacts by November 1,

2016
