New Accura XBZ - E: Reduction innumber of revolving flat

ICC's latest development, Accura XBZ- E is an extension of the XBZ. AccuraXBZ - E leads to a better opening of fibresbefore they enter into the carding zone.As well as better removal of trashparticles and short fibres at the moteknife and extractor unit. The number ofrevolving flats are reduced, including thenumber of working flats in the cardingzone.

The result:

Longer life of cylinder wires and tops. Reduction in yarn imperfection i.e.

thick/thin places and neps. Reduction in flat waste Increased production rates.

As with the other Accura CardingElements, XBZ - E can be easily fittedonto present cards, without any

modifications. Presently, ICC has readymodels for retrofitting Accura XBZ - E onReiter C-1/2 and C-1/3 cards.

New developments include extendedXBZ with 7 carriers and extended XFZwith 5 carriers with extractor units forTrutzschler DK 740 cards.
