• Up to 80% of the gross margin on all shipments/loads on which you sell and operate during your first year for qualifying IBOs
Commission Percentage
• 40% of the gross margin on any shipment generated by a new sales person or IBO that you help us recruit. This incentive will be paid for 6 months or until $50,000 is paid per recruit

• Margin growth from new customers
• Total margin growth from IBO
Quarterly Sales Contests
• Based on upon IBO profitability and measured against other IBOs in our network
High Performance Agency
• Sales agents earning over $350,000 in commission for the year
