The facility is incompliance with the International Plant Protection Committee's ISPM 15: Guidelinesfor RegulatingWood Packaging Material in International Trade. In doing so they have agreed to the following:

1) Maintain complete and up to date Heat Treatment and chain of custody records.2) Produce and market quality products, which conform to ALSC standards and regulations including

HT standards (560 C at the core for a minimum of30 minutes) and debarking requirements accordingto the specified end use.

3) Apply the authorized Timber Products Inspection (TP) mark only to products which have beenproven through applicable monitoring.
