notices?!?
Notice required to be sent to owner and prime for each month unpaid amounts are claimed by the 15th day of the 3rd month
following each month work was performed for which the claimant is still unpaid. On residential projects time frame
reduced to 15th day of the 2nd month following each month work was performed for which the claimant is still unpaid For Sub-Subcontractors, time frame also reduced to 15th day of
the 2nd month following each month in which work was performed, for which the claimant is still unpaid in addition to
the 3rd month notice.

The New “Approval” and “Pull Periods”
Pull Mail!Users can now pull
Texas monthly notices from the mail batch up until notice
day, typically the 15th of the month*
New Mail Periods
•Approval Period •Pull Period 1 •Pull Period 2
Approval Period
Begins the day after the previous month’s notice deadline.
Ends at 3pm CST on the third business day prior to the month’s notice deadline.
Approve or Cancel Queue Items
When a Monthly Queue Item is Approved During this Stage• The item will be researched by our Fulfillment Team
• You may receive a research notification for any missing data or confirmation in order to complete the document
• The notice will NOT be mailed to the parties
• The notice will remain in a “Texas Hold” mail batch until the notice deadline
You can begin pulling
mail during the “Approval Period”
Pull mailing for any notices you do not want sent.
When the Approval Period Ends, you will no longer be able to add documents to the queue
You can manually file documents through the project information screen, and they will be processed as usual - no option to pull mail or cancel the order prior to mailing.
Once the “Approval Period” ends, you now
enter Pull Period 1.Remember: The Approval Period ends at 3pm CST on the third business day prior to the notice deadline.
Pull Period 1
• Queue items will no longer be considered. If you wish to still file a monthly notice, then you order manually through the project screen.
• Users can continue pulling the mail for the notices they do not want sent
• There is a $2 pull-fee per order
Pull Period 1
Continue pulling mail from the time the “Approval Period” ends up until 3am CST on “Notice Day.”
Continue Pulling from your QueueClick “Pull Mailing”
Pull Period 1 Ends
• Ends at 3am CST on the notice deadline day (may not always be the 15th of the month)
• Any notices pulled during this period, will NOT be sent
Pull Period 2 Begins
Our mail-outsourcing partner will !begin batching and mailing your notices
Pull Period 2Users can continue pulling their mail, but it is NOT guaranteed that the mail can be pulled !If mail can be pulled, there is a $6 pull fee during this period
Why is the mail pull not guaranteed during
Pull Period 2?
Pull Period 2At this time, our mail-outsourcing
partner begins mailing the documents. If the document has already been mailed, the order
cannot be pulled. Also, due to mail optimization, if a contact appears on multiple orders, the notices will be batched together. Therefore, if that
notice is already batched with another that has already been
mailed, the order cannot be pulled.
Pull Period 2
Pull Period 2 ends at 3pm CST on Notice DayOnce the period ends, mail can no longer be pulled
What if I can’t pull my notice in time, but do not
want it sent?
