How to fill out a WLCA Teacher Timesheet

Created November 2014

This is what your timesheet looks like

Step 1. Enter your name in the box next to Name

Step 2. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (if you have one) in the box next to Last four digits of SS#

Step 3. Enter the school you are teaching at in the box under SCHOOL *If you teach at more than one school, put the name of each school on a separate line

Step 4. Enter the amount you make per class in the box under HOURLY RATE

Step 5. At the bottom, type your name in the box Signed

Step 6. Save a copy – make a folder where you keep all of your timesheets

Step 7. Save as Your Name Timesheet (example says Brenna Reid Timesheet)

Step 8. Enter the current month in the box next to Month, and the current year in the box next to Year

Step 9. Enter the previous month in the box next to Month beginning and the current month in the box next to Month ending

Step 10. Put a 1 in the box under the date that you taught. (Example; October 20, November 1, November 7)

Step 11. DO NOT put anything in the total hrs column

Step 12. Save ANOTHER copy

Step 13. Save as Your Name Timesheet Month Beginning-Month Ending Year (Example says Brenna Reid Timesheet Oct-Nov 2014)

Step 14. Send this copy to your Area Coordinator by the 15th

Step 15. Use the first timesheet you saved to fill out a timesheet next month. Save a new copy for each month.
