HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE TELEDIRECT SOFTWARE

Go to www.verafast.netClick on DOWNLOADS Login with your verifier number and password that you were originally given.

Scroll to The Predictive Dialer System (TDI)

Click on Download the ICA32PKG Client.

Click on Run

Step 14: Configuring the TDI Double click the Citrix Program Neighborhood icon on your desktop

Step 16: Select Wide Area Network from the drop down list then click Next

Step 17: Enter Verafast in the top box, select TCP/IP + HTTP from the drop down list in the middle box and click on the Server Location button

Step 18: Uncheck the Use Default box

Step 19: Click on Add

Step 20: Enter in td.verafast.net as the server location address and change the port number to 81 Click Ok

Step 21: Click on the Firewalls button

Step 22: Check the box by Use alternate address for firewall connection. Click Ok

Step 24: Check the Published Application button. Make sure your Internet connection is running and then select Transaction Manager from the drop down

list. Click Next

Step 27: Check Save Password then enter your User name made up of your first initial and last name. Enter your Password you were given and leave the

You can create a shortcut on your desktop by right clicking on the Verafast icon and selecting Create Desktop Shortcut

Step 30: Connecting to Ver-A-Fast. Ensure you are connected to the Internet and then double click Verafast
