Steps by step Process:

Driver Registration and Approval

In taxi booking software, drivers will need to registered with the system to receive the bookings for system. In this step driver will register and become a member using driver taxi application.

After than driver profile will be approved by admin and driver can login to application and receive jobs.

Drivers can submit the registration form from the mobile app, by clicking on “SIGN UP” button

If driver register from mobile app using “SIGN UP” page, than admin can view new driver request on this page, and can click

on approve.

After approving driver's request, admin will need to change status of Driver to “ACTIVE”. Now driver will be able to receive

jobs.

Make a Booking from Web/Mobile App

Other side, passenger will be able to book their taxi using web or mobile taxi application. In this step complete process done by passengers is described.

Passenger will select their pick-up and drop-off location, date of journey, vehicle as per their requirements at this step using passenger taxi application.

After selecting all this things, passenger will confirm their booking.

All the selection can be done by the passenger on the first screen of the mobile application.

To book a taxi, passenger can select pick-up and drop-off location from passenger taxi app.

Passenger can also select their location from Google selection.

After select location, passenger can select car as per their requirements.

Passenger can select car by taping on car image.

Passenger can select date and time of journey and price will be shown on the screen.

Complete Reservation to Confirm Booking

Next step after selecting date and time, It’s time to confirm your booking.

Admin – Confirm and Assign Booking

Next step is assign booking to drivers by admin. At this stage, admin can view all bookings from “BOOKING” menu. Admin will be edit bookings to confirm booking.

After confirm booking, admin will be able to assign job to drivers.

The steps are shown in the following slides.

Admin can view all the new bookings by clicking on “NEW BOOKING” submenu from “BOOKING” menu.

After tapping on edit button, admin will need to confirm the booking in order to assign to driver

After than admin can click on “CONFIRM BOOKING” from “BOOKING” Menu

After confirm booking, admin will be able to view all drivers from whom he can select and assign the job by clicking on

“CHANGE DRIVER”.

Driver App Steps

Last step is “Driver app steps”. After assigning jobs by admin, driver can view all jobs that are assign to him. He can accept or reject the jobs.

All the information regarding jobs are described here.

Here drivers can view new jobs by clicking on the

“NEW JOBS”.

After clicking on “NEW JOBS”, driver can accept

or reject the jobs.

If driver accept the job than he can view the

details from current job list. By clicking on

“START” button he can start the job.

Once driver reaches at the destination, he can

click on “COMPLETE JOB” to complete the

job.
