He spent the previous20 years working forhigh profile architecturalpractices in Sydneywhere he gained experi-ence in a wide variety ofarchitectural projectsincluding new homes,

multi-residential devel-opments, commercialbuildings, schools, hospi-tals, heritage buildingsand more.

Kim moved to Youngin 2008 to embrace a treechange after years of cityliving.

dated stone house locat-ed on a run down grazingproperty near BendickMurrell.

The house neededextensive repair and ren-ovation which Kim hasundertaken with passionand commitment.
