Role title: Head of Resourcing
The Resourcing team aims to identify, attract and deliver the best talent to the company across all areas of the business.
Working in partnership with internal clients, our customer-focused outlook enables us to work proactively to engage the highest calibre individuals to become part of the business success story.
With a focus on internal and external talent, the team concentrates on deploying existing employees to maximise their development, as well as actively recognising and sourcing the best in external ability.
A delivery focused team, Resourcing operates in partnership with the business, focusing our sourcing strategies to align with the business goals and requirements.

Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll be responsible for the design and delivery of the Resourcing strategy to ensure we attract the right talent, from Early Careers to experienced and senior hiring, through your leadership of the Resourcing team. Continuously adapting to market changes and evolving business needs, you will drive best practice so that the organisation stays ahead of industry trends and is seen as an employer of choice both within the sector and externally
Through effective relationships with the board and senior executives within the business you will ensure that Resourcing partner effectively with their teams to meet the company’s talent requirements and are seen as a well-respected Centre of Excellence.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Lead on the strategic approach to Resourcing for the company, partnering with the board,
senior executives and the HR Leadership team Design of the Talent Acquisition priorities, policies and processes and embedding them
through the Resourcing team Driving the development of a strong and compelling EVP and consistent Employer Brand,
particularly focusing on candidate experience and key talent requirements for future skills Lead on best practice strategy for the selection process so that the business can identify
and assess “what good looks like” Management and coaching of the Resourcing team in delivering a great candidate and
hiring manager experience during the recruitment process Partnering with the HR team to develop an effective workforce planning process Control of the recruitment budget and lead an effective data analysis strategy to achieve
key metrics, such as candidate and hiring manager experience, time, cost and source of hire Work with the Resourcing team to help them deliver the Resourcing strategy and manage
campaigns for their business areas in the most effective way possible Building relationships with the senior leadership team within the business to ensure
visibility of their current and future hiring needs, and to build trust in the Resourcing team Defining the strategy for internal and external talent pooling and communities through
partnership with the senior team and industry networks Project management of senior hiring needs from sourcing to advising on the selection
processes, offer management and onboarding Accountability for the delivery of key projects within Resourcing Coach and develop the Resourcing team in best practice approaches and industry trends
within recruitment and direct sourcing and equip them with the tools accordingly Advising the senior leadership and Resourcing teams on the most effective use of selection
tools within the organisation, ensuring the team can advise their key hiring managers Drive the approach to working with our PSL Agency and Search firm partners to agree terms
and SLAs that meet commercial needs and give a great candidate experience Creating a strategic approach to the use of recruiting software, by staying up to date on the
latest technology developments and how they can benefit the organisation External orientation – keeping an eye on the marketplace to keep abreast of key trends to
ensure that as an employer we stay ahead of these developments Leveraging and developing own networks to raise the profile of the company and
awareness of the Employer Brand, and attending relevant events within the industry Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget Driving the development and communication of Resourcing as a centre of excellence within
HR, and the wider business

Leader in the recruitment industry and one of the key advocates of future trends
Strategic experience at senior level of talent attraction within an industry leading organisation
Has led an EVP and employer branding strategy to build an organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice
Experience of senior hiring sourcing and hiring strategies
Has driven hiring technology & digital recruitment strategies
Leadership experience from an HR or Resourcing role from an organisation that has had a pro-active Talent Attraction approachExperience of creating & implementing recruitment strategy
Relevant experience within HR/Recruitment, in an industry where HR/Recruitment operates as a strategic business partner
Extensive leadership and team management skills learned in a diverse and challenging environmentRelationship Management – establishing strong relationships at executive levelCommunication – a highly effective and persuasive communicator Project Management – leadership of large scale or complex projectsBudget Management & understanding of data analysis

1. Salary and terms: TBC
2. Annual paid holiday of 25 days plus 8 public holidays, increasing by 1 day per completed year in the first 5 years of service.
