Home Care Book provides professional, compassionate home care throughout the Dallas-
Fort Worth Metroplex
About Us
Home Care Book was founded by local Dallas professionals with national
healthcare experience.
After reviewing countless home care and healthcare delivery models, Home Care Book was created with a goal to deliver professional, compassionate
care.
About Us
Our Chief Medical Officer is a cardiologist whose career has focused on the elderly population and improving their quality of life. Even
though we deliver non-medical care, we have medical oversight to coordinate our care with your primary care physician, home health, in-patient rehabilitation facility, skilled nursing facility, assisted living
facility, hospice and/or other healthcare providers. The coordination of care leads to a healthier, happier client.
Our mission is to provide professional, compassionate care. In order to accomplish our goal, we only employ experienced caregivers that possess a calling in life to deliver one-on-one compassionate care. Employing experienced, compassionate caregivers is paramount to
our success.
Our Process
We tailor a care plan that is specific to your needs. That begins with listening to your needs. Based on your needs, we match you with caregivers that satisfy your care requirements and fit with your personality. Once care begins, we are responsive and maintain communication
with you and our caregivers to ensure we are delivering quality care.
Individualized care plans for individuals – each care plan is unique to the needs of that client.
Home Care Book provides in-home care tailored to the needs of you or your loved one.We believe quality is everything. Home Care Book’s mission is to provide professional,
compassionate care.
We achieve our goal by:
• Having a Chief Medical Officer board certified in both cardiology and internal medicine• Recruiting and empowering quality caregivers• Listening and reacting to our clients and their families• Continuously reviewing and improving how we deliver care
We are only as good as our caregivers. Home Care Book is very selective in the caregiver hiring process.
Prior to being hired, all Home Care Book caregivers must:
• Possess extensive home care experience• Pass criminal, employment and reference checks• Be subject to Home Care Book’s drug testing policy• Pass Home Care Book’s training program
