Coaching
We’re the coachesThat want the very best for you – even if that means Holding a mirror up to you, warts and all.
Your best friend will be a sympathetic ear. Your mates will joke about your weaknesses. Your team might tell you that all of your ideas are great and your peers may not want you to succeed at all. So who will give you the truth about how your are performing and hold you account? Your coach!

Leaders are created, not born and each of us has the potential to transform the way people work, live and ultimately impact the world
3WH typically work with leaders of companies or units with between 50-400 employees.
Driven, ambitious with a proven track record, our clients are relatively new to their role. They have made an impact and made some quick wins and are now faced with making some bold and courageous decisions to achieve results.
Through coaching, we help leaders to get clarity, take through options and find strategies to deliver.
Coaching creates space, clarity and works with strengths to help the leader step up and lead, with boldness, courage and truth.
Leading change is never easy. With a coach you are never alone.
Lucy Barkas has over 20 years leadership experience and was one of the youngest female leaders in the European Energy Giant RWE. From an early age she was fascinated in why some people succeed and others don’t and studied psychology, coaching and leadership to help her become the best business leader she could be.
The secret to her success was not just her drive and determination, but an understanding that her success came from the brilliance of the people who worked for her. She practiced being a strategic multiplier of talent, an advocate of teamwork and an experienced coach.
Lucy found that “everyone could achieve brilliance if only they had someone to believe and challenge them”
They have successfully worked with market leading brands including Specsavers, Chamber of Commerce, npower and Trelleborg to develop leaders and teams.Lucy is an international best selling author, speaker and the go to business coach
for the BBC and mentor at the University of Worcester.
WHO WE ARE
Alex is a focused, driven and ambitious leader who is fairly new to role, maybe a year or so in to the position. Alex has a work hard, play hard mindset and wants to enjoy work, life and spend time with friends and family. This might even be his first big role and he does not want to fail.
Proven track record, work has been
challenging but fun so far, but now
it feels hard and is causing stress
Success
With great power comes great
responsibility, and the weight of
that responsibility feels heavy at
times and expectations are high.
High stakes
This might be their first big role
and they do not want to fail.
Can’t fail
Now is the time to make bold
decisions to achieve results and
needs a team they can trust
Bold decisions
It’s lonely at the top and sometimes
Alex just wants someone trusted
who they can talk through the ideas
and plans running around their
head
Sounding board
Alex knows that a business is only
as good as it’s people and culture,
and changes need to be made. This
is tough.

The People
The Results The Stress
Lost
Our clients face the same problems. They aren’t achieving the results they want and are becoming frustrated. They need a team of brilliant, committed leaders who they trust but they aren’t stepping up to take responsibility. This is creating frustration, impatience and stress and they simply aren’t enjoying their role anymore. They are going home preoccupied, not sleeping well and working too many hours, neglecting their loved ones – the very people they are doing all of this for.
The danger zoneThe leadership gap
Coach early
The early you engage a coach, the
early you can embed and execute
your plans and achieve results
Coach later
Generally coaches are engaged
when things go wrong, which means
the mountain to climb is so much
greater, meaning bolder action or
readjusting plans.

The approachHow we work together
The prizeWhat leaders want
The leaders we work with tell us that what that
want is simply to have a team of brilliant people to
work with them who they trust to step up and
lead the business.
They want total clarity on where they are heading
and what needs to be done to get there.
They want to enjoy their work and feel like they
are succeeding.
Whether you choose to continue after the initial six
session, take a break or complete, we always hold a
closing session. This is an opportunity to look at what
you have achieved and learned and to ensure you have
the tools in place to embed for the future.
Step 4 – The close
The first session is what we call the discovery session. 2-3
hours together to discover who you are, what makes you
tick and ultimately what success looks like to you. This is
the foundation of all future coaching sessions.
Step 2 – Discover
We like to work together for at least six hourly sessions.
This helps you break old habits and start making the
changes required to achieve your goals. Change is
sometimes hard and your coach will be with you every
step of the way.
Step 3 – Let’s coach
We call it a chemistry call. It helps us get to know each
other, discuss the goals and see whether we can work
together. There has to be trust, rapport and a little
chemistry
Step 1 – Let’s talk

tough. That’s why we

office, the park or on the
beach,
Solution ThreeFace to face coaching.
Sometimes it just feels
better to meet in person. If
that sounds like you or your
team then let’s discuss. Of
course the cost of the
coaching all depends on
