Is the study and practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using and managing technological devices.

1920’s Schools, colleges, departments of

education, and commercial stations were providing radio programming to schools.

Efforts to promote radio instruction were abandoned when television became available.

1931

Films never reached the level of influence in schools that Edison had predicted.
