Hindu Marriage Registration – Public Data Entry
1) Visit IGRS Department portal https://registration.telangana.gov.in and click on Hindu
Marriage Registration Link as highlighted in Fig-1.1

2) Fill in the bride and groom particulars as shown in Fig-3

3) Fill up required details of witnesses as shown in Fig-4. Three witnesses are must for
Marriage Registration.
4) Enter the details of the Venue at which Marriage was solemnized as shown in Fig-4.
5) Choose the jurisdiction Sub Registrar Office to visit for Marriage Registration. Choose a
date, from next day up to two months, using the date picker option. (Fig-4)

6) Preview of details is provided for verification (Fig-5.1 and Fig-5.2). Click on ‘Edit Details’
button if any details need to be changed, else click on ‘Confirm and Submit’ button. Once
saved, the data entered cannot be modified.

7) Once application is saved successfully, a reference number would be generated. Also, an
SMS alert would be sent, along with registration details, to the registered mobile numbers
of Bride and Groom.
8) Click ‘Print Receipt’ option to take a printout of receipt as shown in Fig-6.
9) Click ‘Print Application’ to take a print out of Application details as shown in Fig-7.
