24x7 INGRESS Automated Seat Balancer will:

Update maximum and available seat counts in Banner.

Seat Balancer Calculation Available seats for each institution = (Maximum seat count -Total

enrollment count) x ¾ / Number of institutions. Portion of the total available seats that is held in reserve = ¼

Example: Maximum seat count = 30 Total enrollment count = 0 Number of institutions = 2 Available seats for each institution = (30 - 0) x ¾ / 2 = 11 Number of seats held in reserve = 8
