Your guests can handcraft and personalize “shop” quality items. The options are end-less, the sky is the limit.

f a q ’ sQ: Can you create a custom POP SHOP station specific to my event? If we want something very specific at our event and you don’t yet offer it, can you customize it for our event?

A: Yes we can! We customize and design a POP SHOP for your particular event and excited to create just for you! Elisabeth and her team will design your vision and bring it to life! Customization is our specialty. Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes. We can “Pop Up” anywhere!

Q: Can we have The Pop Shop at our event even if you are not planning the event?

A: Yes, The Pop Shop can go to any event whether or not we plan it.

Q: Can I do more than one Pop Shop Station at my event?

A: Why of course yes! The more the merrier! We can create for adults and kids and any age, any size event and any number of activity stations. We often do more than two activities at events and have wonderful staff to properly run stations smoothly.

Q: Will you be able to create custom swag (giveaways) we can distribute at our event?

A: Yes!! Lucky to have Dina, our amazing graphic designer, in house. She can design logos, print on anything and personalize and customize on nearly anything for your event!

BOOKING:

In order to create the perfect curated Pop Shop for your event, we ask for booking to take place over 1 month prior to your event. Keep in mind we book up fast so please reach out to us at your earliest convenience.

PRICING:

The Pop Shop Pricing is based on Production, Product, Guest Count, Staffing, Location and whether you would like the cart for your event. Once we have the details we will send you a quote for your event and ask for a 50% non refundable deposit to book your event. Since each activity is carefully curated, guest count must be secured at this time to provide you with the best service. We ask you order 10% more than the number of guests in attendance. The minimum number of guests to book The Pop Shop is 50 guests in attendance.

A LA CART-E:

Our cart is an “a la carte” menu item and must be booked separately for event. The cart is on wheels and rolls right in but please be sure to check dimension with the venue you are working with to make sure the cart is a perfect fit. Some doorways and or elevators are a tight squeeze for us.

Cart Dimensions: 63” x 29.5” x 41”. The metal awning that goes on top is 85” in height. Check ceiling heights in room that cart will be setup in, to make sure the awning can be added. The cart comes with a single neon sign that says“Let’s Party”. We are happy to add on additional lighting, decor and/or signage at an additional cost.

SIGNAGE:

We can provide custom branded signage at your event. Please let us know if you have a logo or design idea you would like us to include we can create just the right sign for your need.

BRANDING

We can brand. Our graphic designer can incorporate your logo or design a logo for you on our Pop Shop products prior to your event. Please inquire about how our team can create the perfect branding for your products at your event.
