Membership- Enhance overall member experience and execute strategies that grow & retain membership Corporate Relations- Work with Corporate partners to ensure HBA Chapter events and programs meet their interests Programming- Creates educational programs and events. Market Research - Analyze data generated from post-event surveys, global & chapter surveys, membership database and apply research to address needs of chapter functions

Marketing- Raise awareness about Mid-Atlantic HBA events. Help manage Facebook, Linked In, and Twitter. Mentoring- Plans and executes HBA Mid-Atlantic annual mentoring program Women In Science (WIS) – Develop programming and educational events geared towards the WIS affinity group. Women In Science (WIS) – Provides support for career advancement through professional development programming and facilitation of networking. For women in scientific roles – MDs, PhDs, PharmDs, RNs, RPhs or other medical/scientific degrees working in research, medical, biomedical engineering, regulatory, and other functions. Executive Affinity – Links executive level women with peers for networking and professional development on a higher level.
