• In 2000 the Harding Safety Rep Charter was created• In 2000 Stuart Broom (Business Unit Leader) for Harding signed a Safety

Reps Charter• A pledge from the management team to support the Harding Safety Reps.• The Charter was then passed on to the Harding contracting companies to

pledge their commitment.
