To talk about yourself say YO SOY ...

Ex: Yo soy guapa

Ex: Yo soy alto

Ex: Yo soy inteligente

¿Cómo es la chica/chico?

To talk about someone else say ELLA ES

If he is a male, say EL ES ...

Ex: El chico es muy bueno

Ex: La chica es muy buena

Gender agreement

Keep in mind that if you are talking about a female, your adjectives most likely end with -a: La chica es alta

If you are talking about a male, then adjectives will probably end in -o: El chico es alto

Neutral adjective

However, some adjectives do not have gender. They are neutral. They do not end in -o or -a. You can use them with both females and males.

Ex: La chica es inteligente. EL chico es inteligente.

Remember the number!

If you are talking about one, your adjective will be singular (no -s).

If you are talking about more than one, add the -s! Ex: Los chicos son inteligentes. Las chicas son altas.

Moreno = dark hair

Rubio = blonde hair

Castaño o color café = brown hair

Pelirrojo = red hair

pelo largo = long hair

pelo corto = short hair

Eyes

Eyes in Spanish is OJOS ... which is a plural word! So remember your S!!!
