Age UK’s Gym Open Day – 10 July 2012

Aim:

To inspire older people to think about physical activity, to take up a new activity or to give the gym a go.

On Gym Open Day older people over the age of 55 had the opportunity to:

• Gain free entry to gyms across the country

• Have gym equipment demonstrations

• Pick up information and advice on health and wellbeing
