Career Exploration with the ASVAB CEP
The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is managed by civilian edu-cators. While the ASVAB CEP supports military recruiting, participat-ing students are under no obligation for military service. Only 18 percent of students participating in the ASVAB CEP are considering the military services as a career path, while a majority of students using the program intend to pursue post-secondary education.
In the past five school years, over 3.4 million students explored careers through the ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP). With over 12,700 schools testing annually, the ASVAB CEP is a valuable component of career programs across the nation.
