BASIC COMPETENCEResponding the meaning in formal and informal transactional (to get things done) and interpersonal ( to socialize ) conversation using simple spoken language accurately, fluently and understandably in the form of greeting, introducing and leave taking, accepting invitation/offering, accepting and canceling appointment.
