ISD Responsibility with FY 12 Formula Partners• 2011-2012 formula grantees within an ISD must be under the same consortium option•Multiple ISDs may form a larger consortium• Two Consortium Options

Option One Option Two• Pass-through of funds.• Serve children based on

the allocation to each grantee

• Will generate individual MEGS budgets

• Grantees may subcontract to agencies or LEAs

• ISD responsible for oversight of application
