I created this design and every design in this portfolio. I created, or had a hand, in the graphics for this website.

This website, The Flame, coincided with a publication that the Communications department made available to the Claremont Graduate University. I collaborated with the Assistant Director of Publications to create appealing graphics that corresponded with articles for this site.

For the Robert Bunker graphic that you see above, I utilized photoshop to merge four images that I chose and downloaded from an image database. I created the concept for these graphics based on the artcles that were written by the Asistant Di-rector of Publications.

View of previous graphic on the web.

Show card for exhibition. It mimics a panorama that is being taken by an iPhone and then photoshopped, giving it a “meta” concept. This is a show card that I conceived and printed. I have made over 5 of these showcards.

A photo that I chose and enhanced with photoshop- for the web. On a daily basis, I used photoshop to correct color, lighting, composition, and so on for dozens of photographs.

A graphic that I created from award winning publication covers at Claremont Graduate University.

I merged three photos for the graphic above- creating an aesthetically interesting graphic for an article concerning Claremont Graduate School alumni in educating underserved Hawaiian children.

Two more graphics I created to correspond with published articles. I was reponsible for combining existing photographs with images I searched from image databases.

An engaging experience with CGU Professor Jeremy Hunter on mindfulness: the practice ofdeliberately focusing one’s attention to train your mind to be more effective.

I regularly designed marketing material for events. This image required visual research through image databases for a background image that coincided with the event. It involved cropping and changing the lighting and color of the portrait, choosing the color palette, formatting the font so that it is legible and readable, and creating vector files in illustrator to enhance the design. I independently created marketing materials for three events hosted by the University of Communications.
