“Gosford Model Farms 1885: A Review” by Gosford Historical Research Association. Published 1981 by Gosford District Historical Research Association and Gosford Printing Pty. Ltd., Gosford. In the 1880s, a good deal of land in the Gosford district was subdivided into small blocks for farming.
