The Compensation Plan

The aim of the compensation plan is to reward performance at

all levels.

We believe that if you earn enough money you will do the

work required to build NetReady into a massive international

organisation. We have therefore structured an extremely

generous compensation plan.

NetReady pays 20% in retail profit and up to 50% in

commissions and bonuses, possibly the highest in the

industry.

Retail Bonus

• All BPs Qualify–20% of the Retail CV

• All customers• All personally recruited BPs• Includes all up-selling• Residual!

Share Holder Bonus

• Qualification - Bronze and above

– We declare a dividend = 20% of the company turnover

– Each BBP and above qualifies for SharesYou

Cycle Bonus

• If a share value = €1

• You receive 800 x €1 = €800 per month

– More points = More shares

• Max payout = €25,000 p/m per income centre
