a) Revision of processes, procedures and workflows

• Formalization of digital content selection policies

• Review of processes and methods for digitisation activities

• Specification of guidelines, models and technical requirements for image capture, metadata and online presentation.

• Fitting software tools to new requirements and workflows

b) Production and storage infrastructure renewal

• Acquisition of 5 bookscanners

• Network capacity improvement

• Acquisition of digital archiving system (SAN 36 TB)

b) Creation of a National Registry for Digitised Works (RNOD)

Registration of digitised collections, documents or digitisation projects, in order to:

• Avoid duplication efforts

• Agregate data to Europeana

• Share guidelines and technical requirements for digitisation projects
