GEAR UP SUMMER CODING CAMP

STUDENT-LED CONFERENCESIt's time for student-led conferences! On April 18 and 19, eachKamiakin student has an appointment to have theirparents/guardians meet with their Tribe teacher and discusstheir academic progress. If you haven't received your notice, besure to check with your student or contact their Tribe teacher,to make sure you don't miss their scheduled time. Student-ledconferences are an excellent opportunity for you to learn aboutyour student's academic status and connect with some of thepeople who work with them everyday.

WSU TC SUMMER STEM CAMPSGEAR UP is paying for a limited number of students to attend STEM summer camps atWashington State University Tri-cites. There will be 3 sessions, Cosmic Quest (June 24-27), ajourney into astronomy and space adventure; Game Changer 1 (July 8-11), teams will designand code together, including character drawing; Game Changer 2 (July 22-25), more designing,coding, and character drawing. We will pay for one, two or all three weeks! If you have astudent in the graduating class of 2022 and think they may be interested, have them come seeus in the GEAR UP o�ce!
