- Genesis 6:5 Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was
great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his
heart was only evil continually.

- Jeremiah 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, And
desperately wicked; Who can know it?
- Slide 4
- Romans 3:10,23 10 As it is written: "THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS,
NO, NOT ONE; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of
God,
- Slide 5
- Sin isolates us from a holy God.
- Slide 6
- Isaiah 59:1,2 1 Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, That
it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. 2 But your
iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have
hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.
- Slide 7
- Isaiah 64:6 But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our
righteousnesses are like filthy rags; We all fade as a leaf, And
our iniquities, like the wind, Have taken us away.
- Slide 8
- Man at his best, without the Saviour, stands deficient before a
holy God.

- Mark 2:15-17 15 Now it happened, as He was dining in Levi's
house, that many tax collectors and sinners also sat together with
Jesus and His disciples; for there were many, and they followed
Him. 16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw Him eating with the
tax collectors and sinners, they said to His disciples, "How is it
that He eats and drinks with tax collectors and sinners?"
- Slide 10
- Mark 2:15-17 17 When Jesus heard it, He said to them, "Those
who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I
did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to
repentance."
- Slide 11
- You need to repent to enter into God's Kingdom. But you can
never repent until you let go of your own righteousness and
recognize your own sinfulness.
- Slide 12
- Slide 13
- Luke 7:36-50 47 "..her sins, which are many, are
forgiven,.."

- John 8:1-11 10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one
but the woman, He said to her, "Woman, where are those accusers of
yours? Has no one condemned you?" 11 She said, "No one, Lord." And
Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no
more."

- Isaiah 53:4-6,12 4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried
our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and
afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was
bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon
Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
- Slide 17
- Isaiah 53:4-6,12 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; We have
turned, every one, to his own way; And the LORD has laid on Him the
iniquity of us all.
- Slide 18
- Isaiah 53:4-6,12 12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with
the great, And He shall divide the spoil with the strong, Because
He poured out His soul unto death, And He was numbered with the
transgressors, And He bore the sin of many, And made intercession
for the transgressors.
- Slide 19
- Romans 5:8-10 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in
that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more
then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved
from wrath through Him. 10 For if when we were enemies we were
reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having
been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
- Slide 20
- John 3:16,17 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His
only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish
but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the
world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be
saved.

- 1 Timothy 1:13-15 13 although I was formerly a blasphemer, a
persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did
it ignorantly in unbelief. 14 And the grace of our Lord was
exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ
Jesus.
- Slide 26
- 1 Timothy 1:13-15 15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of
all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save
sinners, of whom I am chief.
- Slide 27
- Luke 15:1-2 1 Then all the tax collectors and the sinners drew
near to Him to hear Him. 2 And the Pharisees and scribes

them."

who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away.

death.

of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

- John 14:1-6 1 "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in
God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father's house are many mansions;
if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place
for you.
- Slide 40
- John 14:1-6 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will
come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you
may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know."

- John 14:1-6 5 Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where
You are going, and how can we know the way?" 6 Jesus said to him,

except through Me.

- Man at his best, without the Saviour, stands deficient before a
holy God. Any man, even at his worst, with the Saviour, stands
forgiven, righteous and accepted before God, because His blood
cleanses us from all sin.
- Slide 43
- Are you with or without, the Saviour?
- Slide 44
- Do you feel you need a saviour? Are your sins too great to
bear. There is a Man who is Friend of sinners, He is Jesus, He does
care.
- Slide 45
- You say you have no great sin, You have no need for the
Saviour. Remember, the smallest wrong we have done, Before a Holy
God, finds no favor.
- Slide 46
- Heaven is real, so is hell, There's more than just the
temporal. We've got to see beyond today, Life is short, eternity is
eternal.
- Slide 47
- On the Cross He bore our sin, God, dying for you and me. He
cleared the debt, He paid the price, Believing, we are now set
free.
- Slide 48
- He arose, He lives, He is the risen Christ. Friend of sinners,
Saviour, In Him You too can trust.
