WHO CAN SUBMIT?

• The Request for Proposal (RFP) is open

to Metropolitan Member Agencies

• Member Agencies may partner with

other Member Agencies or with other

entities • the proposal must be submitted

by one designated lead

Member Agency with a

maximum of three proposals

FUNDING

• Up to $500,000 per agency or a given

proposal • If a Member Agency submits multiple proposals,

that Member Agency must indicate the priority

ranking of each proposal

• Dollar : Dollar – Funding match

• Match cannot include in-kind

(no in-kind language)

• Two-year studies

PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS

Format Guidelines • Must be formatted for white 8 ½” x 11” size paper with

black text in a 12-point font, and table/graphics with text

no smaller than a 10-point font.

• Shall be no more than 20 pages, including attachments, and shall not exceed a file size of 15 MB.

• Must be submitted in PDF format via e-mail at

EVALUATION AND SELECTION

Evaluation • Proposal will be evaluated by Metropolitan and non-

Metropolitan professionals.

• During evaluation process, review panel may request

clarification from applicant as necessary.

• If similar proposals are submitted, only one eligible proposal

may be selected for funding.

• Review panel may elect to interview applicant / have applicant give an oral presentation.

• Regional Benefit / Applicability: 30%
