First we clean the snails with lots of water.

In a pan with oil, we put the snails.

After 5 minutes we pour arismari and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add salt

Pour vinegar to evaporate

Cook for 10 minutes more.

Ready to eat

Use a fork to take the snail out of its shell
