Founded in 1965, SkillsUSA is a national, nonprofit student organization servingmore than 300,000 students enrolled in career and technical training programs at public high schools and colleges.

What is SkillsUSA?

SkillsUSA has more than 15,000 school sections in 54 state and territorial associations. We served over 300,000 membersin 2009-10. More than 16,000 instructors and administrators join as professional members.

Our Membership

Our MembershipSkillsUSA students are known in theirschools and communities as leaders and skilled professionals in training.

Students have the opportunity compete in the Skills USA Championship at the local, regional, state and national level.
