In apertura di BIBIMBAP - 8 e 9 maggio 2014 presso Alma Graduate, organizzato da Youcangroup e dal FUTURE FOOD INSTITUTE, ho raccontato come è cambiato il mio work-life balance negli ultimi anni spaziando tra temi come consumi, cibo, innovazione e ruralità. Usually, a purchasing group is set up by a number of consumers who cooperate in order to buy food and other commonly used goods directly from the producers or from big retailers at a discounted rate. G.A.T. is an acronym for “Gruppo Acquisto Telecom”

GOAL: to provide “some” organic food in the company canteen

● weekly delivery of green boxes (10 & 5 kg)● food from a “social farm” (<10 km from the office) ● the families were invited to take free tours of the farm
