Project brief :

To design a compact vehicle

that is able to Merge with another and Expand into a 4 seater, with the use of ad-vanced polymer material and technology.

An open space is created be-tween the users when the ve-hicles merge.

Tessellation and Feather became the two main inspiration for the exploration of how the single seat vehicles would merge and form into a 4 seater.

Inspired by feathers,vehicles merge and create an open space byoverlapping their body pan-els over each other.

The interior focused on the open space created between the users when the vehicles merge.The theme “Connected” is applied by exploring ways of how the interior can be connected between each users after merging.
