Ground meat Can dip with soy

sauce and vinegar.

Dinuguan (Dee-nu-goo-ahn) AKA, “chocolate

meat”; too bad it's not really chocolate.

Beef or pork. Stewed in

vinegar, coconut milk and beef/pork's blood.

Palabok (Pah-Lah-Bok)
