Flash Mentoring: Process• This is an Opportunity to Find a Mentor!• Bell chimes every 5 minutes, with a 2 min “passing period” in

between.• Each mentee will then move clockwise around the room to

the next table and sit with a mentor when indicated.• Mentors will remain in place. • Signals at the “1 Minute Remaining” and “Move to the Next

Mentor”• Participants are encouraged to exchange business cards• Make notes on the Speed Mentoring Record Sheet
