This is a survey meant to evaluate different aspects of school life in different school settings.

only information in the form of statistics with possible singular exceptions that will be used to frame

certain situations without giving away anyones identity. People responding to this survey should have

attended school in Florida, and base their answers on experiences in the school in which they spent the

majority of time. If you have not attended high school, please fill out only the sections that apply to

you. If you dropped out, and did not receive a GED, please only put N/A in the what year did you
