Colt Detective Special DA Revolver MIB w/Manual
Transitional 2nd Issue C&R Serial # 494758, 38 Special caliber, 2" barrel with excellent bright bore. The blued
finish is about 99% with the faintest hint of a turn ring. The colors on the trigger are about
99%. The hammer is blued with clean, bright sides. The revolver features the original
checkered trigger and hammer spur; has the later ramp front sight. The grip frame is
matte, not polished. The serial number is one of the last 4xxxxx before the remainder of
that series was skipped and the new series started at 500000. The checkered wood grips
with Colt Medallions are excellent. From this time period through about 1954 most guns
shipped with plastic Coltwood grips; the wood grips are a plus. The COLTS MFG. CO /
HARTFORD CT U.S.A. address line was only used from 1947 through 1955. Made in 1948.
Comes with the original clamshell fabric-covered cardboard box in good condition (worn
corners), the bore brush in unused condition and the manual in good to very good
condition. The manual is dated 4-48, the same year as the revolver was made. The overall
condition is excellent. 13-155-0047 LOBBY (800-1100) C&R
Five Rivers Auction ~ January 25h 2014

Taurus Model 669 DA Revolver Serial # NA891347, 357 Mag caliber, 4" barrel with very good bore. The blued finish is
about 85% with overall freckling and a few larger areas of light pitting. The Hogue
Monogrips are good. The action functions properly. The original sights are present; have
some oxidation. Comes with an Uncle Mike's nylon holster. The overall condition is good-.
13-140-0001-02 S-3 (175-250)
European American Armory Witness P Carry DA Semi Auto
Pistol Serial # EA04092, 45 ACP caliber, 4" barrel with very good bore. The matte gray Wonder
Finish is about 95% with some rubs. The polymer grips are very good. The three-dot sights
(2 rear white and a front red) are present; there is a little dent on the left edge of the rear.
Both FMJ and semi wadcutter fed and eject when cycled. This pistol has a full size frame
with a shortened slide and commander-style hammer. Comes with two original magazines.
The overall condition is very good. 13-140-0006 S-3 (225-350)

Hopkins & Allen 7-Shot Range Model DA Revolver C&R Serial # 2473, 22 LR caliber, 6" barrel with good bore. The blued finish is about 90%
with overall freckling. The oversize wood target grips are very good. The action functions
properly. The cylinder will chamber 22LR rounds, however 22 Short, Long or LR standard
velocity only should be fired in this revolver. This model has a loading gate. The overall
condition is good. 13-145-0007 S-2 (125-175) C&R
FN Challenger Semi Auto Pistol Not Marked Browning C&R Serial # 6109U2, 22 LR caliber, 6-3/4" barrel with very good bore. The finish is less
than 50% with large areas of cleaned or partially cleaned pitting from being stored in a cloth
sleeve of some type. It left imprints of the weave in the finish. The gold plated trigger is
very good. The checkered grips with butt swell are good; have some wear and finish
damage along the edge of the butt. The sights are present; there is some oxidation on both
the front and rear. The action feeds and ejects normally when cycled. This is an unusual find
as it is a Challenger that has the Fabrique National markings and no Browning markings.
The serial number is the reverse of the Browning Challenger with the main number first and
with a suffix of U2, which stands for Challenger and 1962. The Browning-marked pistols had
that information as a prefix. Comes with one Browning-marked magazine with a few light
oxidation spots. The overall condition is fair to good. 13-142-0027 S-3 (225-375) C&R

sometimes causes the safety to flip up. Made in 1934. Comes with one CAL 32 / COLT

to good.13-089-0007 S-3 (300-550) C&R

go all the way through. There are other broken or missing internal parts as well. The overall
condition is fair. 13-145-0050 S-3 (75-125) Antique *

pitted bore. The nickel finish is about 85%; there are no grips; there is no patent date; the
H&R PREMIER name is on the left of the barrel with the caliber on the right. The action is
