Lauren Landrum - Marketing ConsultantLauren Landrum is the Marketing Consultant for Prima Eye Group. An accomplished media professional, Lauren graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a BS in Communications. She works with Prima members on practice marketing and campaigns ranging from advertising to social media to SEO. Before joining Prima, Lauren held various positions in broadcasting with CNN, HLN, and Fox News Channel.

Nathan Hayes - VP, Practice Finance ConsultantA veteran of the eyecare industry, Nathan Hayes is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and serves as Prima's Practice Finance Consultant. He has been with Prima since its inception and has done over 600 member consults in the last three years. Nathan also manages Prima Metrics 2.0, our benchmarking service, and the 3-Year Growth Plan process.

Steve Vargo, OD, MBA - VP, ConsultingA 1998 graduate of Illinois College of Optometry, Dr. Vargo pursued his passion for practice management by earning his MBA in 2008. A published author and speaker with over 15 years of clinical experience, he serves as Prima's VP of Consulting and works directly with Dr. Gailmard and Dr. Hayes to advise members in all areas of practice management and optometric office operations.

Neil Gailmard, OD, MBA, FAAO - PresidentCo-founder and President of Prima Eye Group, Neil is also founder and CEO of Gailmard Eye Center in Munster, Indiana, one of the largest independent optometric practices in the nation. Neil earned an MBA degree in 1998 and he has a distinguished record as one of the world’s leading experts in optometric practice management. Dr. Gailmard is a very popular speaker at major eye care conferences and he is a prolific writer in professional publications.
