The new Age…eateries

• Saying that Tasty Healthy food is important in the quick-serve industry is stating the obvious. But as consumers become more adventurous, conscious, socially connected… eateries must respond with some kind of an expanded menus, taste lifts ,dress code, food layout, the design package in totality on classic offerings.

Did I say healthy

• Lets not say healthy in the face• Healthy connotes bland…tasteless

• SEC A+,A• IS a social animal• Thinks and moves like a pro• Looks to west for inspiration..apes west in

– Dressing– Dwellings– Language– Entertainment– Leisure– Travel– Education

Does he eats like a pro….westerner

Yes and No both

• Observation suggests he still eats like an indian…eating thalis and traditional food

• Also eats fast food and continental food but not daily probably b’coz– Cultural reasons– Doesn’t find them filling
