The FRPC Headquaters is located at Aradippou Industrial area in Larnaca - Cyprus and the factory possess 2000 sq.m hall for production purposes.

Production: The composite rebar reinforcement range 4-32 mm diameters

Volumes of production: 5600 km composite reinforcement per month at 7 lines.

Stages of development of the company:

• 2010 – Initial research stage in Russia, developing of equipment.

• 2011 – First step of production, product certification,

Patent obtaining & access of Russian Market.

• 2012 – Participation in international trade shows , preparation

of production to the requirements of ISO

• 2013 – Became members of the Association of Nano-Industry,

(IAN-MOH), the creation of business units for the

Production of technological lines of the new design.

• 2014 – The establishing of “FRP Composite LTD” in Europe

to target European, Africa and Middle-East

“Niddle-Trusion” – FRPC uses high efficiency

patented method of manufacturing a non-

metallic composite reinforcement rod.

The production base is equipped with high-

precision equipment that allows us to produce

certified product, physical and mechanical

properties which meets the requirements of

GOST, ISO and BS.

Transportation and delivery

Export to any country: 4-32 mm diameter rod: Rods 6 m., 12 m., or any

non-standard length upon request. Packaging to 40”sea container.

Packaging composite reinforcement in two ways:

Coils only for local market- 50-100 r.m.

Reinforcement rebar coils has a different diameter

( 0.8 m, 1 m, 1.2 m) and can be transported individually

and nested " nested doll ", for space saving and lower

costs of logistics.

The usage of composite in the construction for flexible

couplings

Application:

Flexible connection 4,6,8 mm diameter are used in

three-layer brick walls with internal insulation and

connects the bearing and facing layer.

Fiberglass Flexible connections:
